Researchers belonging to the University of Michigan have reviewed five hundred people and studies their behaviors and attitudes around food. They also determined whether they find out issues when not consuming the foods or losing their control after some time of consumption.
The scientists identified that almost ninety percent of the problematic foods are highly processed. Moreover, such foods are rich in refined carbohydrates and fats. For example, the addiction of Pizzas can be due to the cheese connection. It tops in the list. It is followed by ice cream, cookies, chips, and chocolate.
